Upon starting, his exceptional aptitude for training dogs to a remarkable standard quickly became evident, demonstrated by his swift and successful training of his demonstration dog. Within just two months of his tenure, his demo dog "Whimsy," soared to stardom in the realm of Hearing Dogs. During this period, Felix completely overhauled the existing hearing dog training protocol, reducing the duration from a previous six-month timeframe to just two months for completion. Additionally, he significantly enhanced the ratio of rescue dogs successfully trained as serviceable hearing dogs, elevating it from 35% to an all-time high of 77%.
